Michael Wilson, Chairman

Mike Wilson has dedicated over 50 years to helping others lead healthy, productive lives. With a background in religion and education, he holds several degrees, including a PhD in Education from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Mike spent more than 20 years in youth ministry before transitioning to the business world, where he has been a partner and leader at Leaf Software Solutions since 1993. A servant leader known for his creativity and innovation, Mike integrates his faith into all aspects of life and work. Above all, he is a devoted follower of Jesus.

Meet Heather

Heather Fisher is a leadership coach and business strategist with over 20 years of experience helping leaders navigate change and drive meaningful impact. She spent the majority of her career in leadership roles at a Fortune 500 company, specializing in strategy, transformation, operations, sales, and marketing. Now, as a consultant and growth coach, she equips leaders with the tools to overcome challenges, foster growth, and align their leadership with their purpose. Passionate about community and connection, Heather integrates her faith into her work, helping others lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Greg Guevara

Greg Guevara is a partner in the Labor and Employment Group at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. Greg represents businesses in a full range of labor and employment issues, as well as business owners, executives, and physicians.

As the former executive director of Reliant Mission in Orlando, Florida, Greg’s practice includes assisting churches and Christian ministries with their legal and governance needs. Greg had the privilege of working with Destinyworks founder Dave Rodriguez as chair of the Governing Board at Grace Church when Dave served as the lead pastor.

Greg is passionate about the church and supporting people to live out their calling to bring hope and healing to our broken world.

Todd Wilson

Todd Wilson helps leaders overcome obstacles and thrive personally and professionally. A pastor, nonprofit entrepreneur, thought leader, and executive coach, he has extensive experience in leadership development and strategy.

With over 15 years of pastoral ministry experience, Todd spent a decade as Senior Pastor of Calvary Memorial Church in Oak Park, Illinois. He is the author or editor of over fifteen books on Christian ministry, theology, and biblical studies and is the cofounder and former president of the Center for Pastor Theologians. 

Todd also founded and now leads Integrated Leaders, a coaching and consulting practice serving senior leaders in for-profit and nonprofit sectors.

He holds degrees from Wheaton College (BA, MA), the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA), and Cambridge University (PhD). Todd and his wife, Katie, have been married for nearly 30 years and have seven children.

Wynn Smiley

Wynn Smiley serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. ATO has more than 140 chapters across the United States and 140,000 living alumni around the world. As CEO, Mr. Smiley oversees the operations of the National Fraternity.

Given the life experiences and expectations of today’s college students, ATO National has developed and maintains a sophisticated communication and education strategy that deals with subjects ranging from business etiquette to risk management to personal faith.

Mr. Smiley serves in several positions within the interfraternal community including past president of the Fraternity Executives Association a current member of the Governing Council for the North- American Interfraternity Conference.
