Non-Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all fees paid for:

  • Personal Coaching (including the Calling Quilt™, follow‑up sessions, and The Well‑being Project™)
  • Group Workshops (the Destiny Workshop™ and accompanying online assessments)
  • Keynote Speaking engagements (all preparation, travel, and presentation materials)
  • Any digital products or online learning modules provided through Destinyworks.

2. No‑Refund Guarantee

All purchases of Destinyworks services are final and non‑refundable once payment is received. This reflects the time, preparation, and intellectual property invested in delivering highly customized coaching, workshop, and speaking experiences.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client‑Initiated Cancellation
    • Requests received 14 or more days before the scheduled service may be rescheduled once at no additional fee.
    • Requests received fewer than 14 days before the service date are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
  • Destinyworks‑Initiated Changes
    • In the unlikely event that Destinyworks must cancel or materially change the date/time of a service, clients will be offered:
      1. A full credit toward an alternative date or service, or
      2. A full refund of any fees paid.

4. Transfer of Registration

Workshop and event registrations may be transferred to another individual within your organization up to 7 days prior to the event date, provided Destinyworks is notified in writing. Transfers do not constitute refunds.

5. Exceptions

  • If Destinyworks is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons beyond its control (e.g., illness, travel restrictions), the client will receive either:
    • A full credit toward a future service, or
    • A full refund, at Destinyworks’ discretion.
  • No other exceptions will be made.
